1. Promoter

• The promoter is SquareOne, a brand of Emerge Group Limited, a New Zealand-based financial literacy app for families.

2. Eligibility

• Entry for SquareOne's Money Masterminds competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 20+ and submitting on behalf of a child or children under their care
• SquareOne employees, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
• The child receiving the prize must have or have parents create a valid SquareOne account to receive the funds.
• Entrants must be following SquareOne on Instagram @getsquareone or TikTok @squareone.app.

3. How to Enter

• Share a photo or video on Instagram or TikTok showing how your child/children use SquareOne.
• Follow on Instagram or TikTok (or both).
• Ensure your account is public so entries can be seen and reviewed.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 9:00AM NZT on Wednesday 9 July, and closes at 11:59PM NZT on Wednesday 6 August.
• Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

• 1 winner will be selected by the SquareOne team based on creativity, originality, and overall engagement of the post.
• A winner is defined as a family unit. The maximum amount to be won by a family is $200.
• Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from, within 7 business days of competition close.
• The winner will be notified via the social media platform where they entered and must respond within 7 days to claim their Prize.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
• The winner's details need to be verified before the Prize is awarded.

6. Prizes

• Each winning family will receive $200 NZD total, distributed into one participating parents' SquareOne account.
• Funds will be transferred within 10 business days of confirmation.
• If a child does not yet have a SquareOne account, one must be created to receive the prize.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Content Usage

• By entering, you grant SquareOne the right to use submitted content (including photos, videos, and captions) across its digital channels, including social media, website, and advertising, for promotional purposes.
• SquareOne may use the content with or without attribution to the Entrant.

8. Disqualification & Integrity

• Entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
• SquareOne reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

9.General

• SquareOne reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if required.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta.
• Personal information collected during the Competition will be handled in accordance with SquareOne's Privacy Policy.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquareOne excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize.
• By entering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions along with the Website and App Terms and Conditions for SquareOne.
